R 205.80. Florists and Nurserymen
sub paragraph
(2):The Following apply to sales made through a telegraphic delivery association or in similar manner (b) Where Michigan Florists receive telegraphic instructions from other florists located either within or outside michigan for the delivery of flowers, the florist receiving the telegraphic instructions is not held liable for the tax with to respect to any proceeds which he may realize from the transaction.
